With over a decade of experience in both corporate and startup environments, Dominique brings a grounded, real-world approach to HR that balances compliance, culture, and business growth.
Her expertise spans fractional HR leadership, employee relations, compliance management, and strategic workforce planning. Known for her open communication style and thoughtful guidance, Dominique partners with leaders to create workplaces where people feel valued and business goals stay on track.
A Tennessee native and proud alum of Florida Atlantic University, Dominique is passionate about helping organizations build strong teams and stronger foundations. Outside of work, she enjoys time in nature, baking, and connecting with family, friends, and her local community.
